Mr. Lovik represents clients in the formation and transfer of businesses, commercial litigation, and catastrophic injury. Mr. Lovik has successfully litigated cases in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties.

Mr. Lovik is a member of the following associations: Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice, and the Wallingford Chamber of Commerce.

Nicholas W. Juhl received his Law Degree from Seattle University School of Law where he graduated with honors. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from Washington State University. Since earning his law degree, Mr. Juhl has dedicated his practice to litigation. Mr. Juhl has successfully argued motions and tried cases to juries throughout Western Washington.

He is a member of the Council on Litigation Management and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
